ChengetAI Labs (Pvt) Ltd, based in Harare, Zimbabwe, provides enterprise AI software and services.
Contact details you submit via forms or WhatsApp (name, email, organisation, message); basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited; and, for customers, account and usage data required to deliver the service.
To respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, process orders, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Content you load into the ChengetAI platform remains yours and stays in your tenancy. We do not use your content to train shared models. Deployment model determines where data resides โ on-premises, private, hybrid or public cloud.
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we hold ourselves to enterprise standards.
