By accessing this website or using ChengetAI services you agree to these terms. If you are entering into them on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Use the services lawfully and only as permitted by your plan or agreement. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials and deployment keys confidential. Studio trial credits and paid credits are subject to fair-use limits.
Fees, credit purchases and enterprise agreements are as quoted or contracted. EcoCash and other payments are processed per the applicable provider's terms.
ChengetAI retains rights to its software and brand. You retain rights to content you create or load; generated outputs from Studio are yours to use, including commercially.
Services are provided on an enterprise basis under your agreement. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set out in your contract with us.
